Hello my fellow Quest Leaders! What do you think of small groups, meeting at 6PM to 6:45PM on Quest nights? You know to get them started, for a trial time? We could have sign ups, they could go for 6 – 8 weeks and then change them up, or maybe for 13 weeks, so every quarter they change, so the youts could get to know other members. Depending on how many are there, we could have one peer leader, one Quest Leader per small group. Something to get it going. Just throwing the idea out there, what do you think?
